What is the general air pressure in the factory?

The air supply pressure of the air compressor in the factory is usually set based on equipment requirements,The standard range is between 0.6 and 1.0 MPa (i.e. 6 to 10 bar)。This value can meet the normal operation requirements of most pneumatic tools, robotic arms and control systems. It can not only ensure the stability of power output, but also avoid energy waste or equipment loss caused by excessive pressure.

In specific applications, adjustments need to be made according to actual working conditions:

  • conventional equipment(such as pneumatic screwdrivers, conveyor belts) usually require 6 to 8 bars of air pressure;
  • High gas-consuming equipment(e.g. spraying equipment, large cylinders) may need to be raised to 8 to 10 bars;
  • precision instruments(such as pneumatic sensors, small clamps) need to be reduced to 4 to 6 bars.

Air pressure adjustment needs to be carried out through the air compressorpressure switchorpressure regulating valveImplement and verify regularly to ensure stable output. If there are various types of equipment in the factory, it is recommended to supply air in different areas or install secondary pressure regulating devices to take into account the pressure requirements of different equipment.
