What is an oil injection rotary air compressor

The oil injection rotary air compressor is a mechanical device that uses a motor to compress air through rotary movement. Its working principle and characteristics can be summarized as follows:

Working principle

Inside the oil injection rotary air compressor, the rotor is installed between a coaxial outer barrel and an inner barrel, and the inner barrel is divided into multiple closed chambers. Meanwhile, the rotating rotor completes the process of inhaling, compressing and exhausting in these chambers. During compression, lubricating oil is sprayed into the compression chamber and mixed with air. The lubricating oil forms a film on the surface of the rotor to achieve sealing and lubrication, while also helping to reduce the temperature during compression.

Features

  1. Compact structure and small size: The oil injection rotary air compressor has a compact structure, a small size, and is easy to install, and is suitable for places with limited space.
  2. High operating efficiency: Due to the use of lubricating oil cooling and lubrication systems, the oil injection rotary air compressor has a high operating efficiency and can operate normally under high temperature and high pressure.
  3. Convenient maintenance: The structure of the oil injection rotary air compressor is relatively simple and has fewer consumable parts, so it is more convenient to maintain.

Components

The oil injection rotary air compressor is usually composed of the compressor body, motor, oil separator, oil cooler, oil filter, air cooler, control system and other parts. Among them, the compressor body is the core component of the oil injection rotary air compressor, consisting of a rotor, bearing, cylinder, oil pump, cooler, etc. The motor is responsible for providing power, and the control system can control the operation of the entire compressor.

Application Fields

Fuel injection rotary air compressors are widely used in production lines, automation control systems and other aspects in the industrial field. In a pharmaceutical workshop, it can also be used to provide power sources, drive pneumatic equipment, and realize material transportation, mixing, cleaning and other operations.

In general, the oil injection rotary air compressor is an efficient, stable and easy-to-maintain air compressor, suitable for various places where compressed air is needed as a power source or process gas.
