4. Daily maintenance

  1. Waterway inspection: Regularly confirm that the water supply to the water lubrication system is sufficient and that the water quality cleanliness meets the requirements (it is recommended to use softened water or purified water).
  2. Filter cleaning: Check the air inlet filter every 500 hours to remove surface dust and maintain smooth air circulation.
  3. drainage management: Drain the condensed water from the air storage tank daily or weekly depending on the frequency of use to avoid moisture accumulation and affecting air quality.
  4. Appearance maintenance: Keep the surface of the equipment clean and wipe the heat sinks regularly to ensure heat dissipation efficiency.

5. Safety precautions

  1. Never open the protective cover or touch rotating parts while the equipment is in operation.
  2. During repair or maintenance, it is necessary to cut off the power supply and release the pressure in the air tank.
