Can I use a micro-oil air compressor for the bottle blowing machine?

Micro-oil air compressors are not recommended for bottle blowing machines。The reasons are as follows:

The working principle of the bottle blowing machine is to heat and soften the plastic parison, put it into a mold, blow it up with compressed air, so that it is close to the inner wall of the mold, and then cooled and shaped to obtain hollow plastic products. During this process, the compressed air directly comes into contact with the plastic parison. If the compressed air contains oil, the following problems may be caused:

  1. contaminated products: Oil may adhere to the surface of plastic bottles, causing appearance defects such as oil stains and spots on the product, affecting the aesthetics and pass rate of the product.
  2. affect product quality: Oil may also penetrate into the interior of the plastic bottle, affecting its physical and chemical properties, such as transparency, strength, tightness, etc., thereby reducing product quality.

Therefore, in order to ensure the normal operation of the bottle blowing machine and product quality, it is recommended to choose an oil-free air compressor. If a micro-oil air compressor must be used due to special circumstances, the following measures need to be taken:

  1. Add filtering device: Install a high-efficiency filter between the air compressor and the bottle blowing machine to remove oil and other impurities in the compressed air.
  2. Regular maintenance and replacement: Regularly inspect, maintain and replace the filter to ensure that its filtering effect always meets the requirements.

How much power is saved for inverter air compressors than industrial frequency air compressors

Compared with industrial frequency air compressors, variable frequency air compressors have significant advantages in energy saving. Specifically, inverter air compressors can save about 20% to 40% of the electrical energy compared to industrial-frequency air compressors. This energy-saving effect is mainly due to the adaptive adjustment capability of the frequency converter when the load changes. Analysis […]
