How to use an oil-lubricated air compressor

Air compressors are equipment that converts mechanical energy into gas pressure energy, and their operation must strictly follow regulations to ensure safe and efficient operation.   1. Prepare before starting the machine

4. Common problems and handling

  1. device cannot start
    • check the power: Make sure the power is connected and the fuse is intact, and check whether the starter contacts are oxidized or loose.
    • initialization protection: If the equipment stops due to overload or failure, the protection device needs to be reset and then started after the failure is eliminated.
  2. Insufficient exhaust pressure
    • Cleaning filter element: Check and clean or replace blocked air filter elements to ensure smooth air intake.

  3. Equipment overheated and shutdown
